  • How should I store Arthendas sauces?

    For best results, store sauces in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight 3-8°C. Once open use within 3 days and keep refrigerated at 3°C.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and secure. We do not accept American Express credit card payments. 

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • What does Postage and Packaging cost?

    We take lots of care around packaging and posting our products to you. We use a standard sized box which holds 6 × 150g jars per box. Our deliveries are signed for shipping at a rate of £6.20 per box.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We do not currently offer international shipping. We do deliver throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns of items damaged during shipping, if returned unused, unopened within 7 days of receipt. 

  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

    We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer support team at info@arthendasltd.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

  • Are larger jars available to buy online?

    We currently sell 150g jars online. Each jar of sauce is a one person portion, our Tikka Marinade jar is suitable for 4 large chicken breasts or approx. 700g of meat or vegetables.

  • How many jars can I order on the website at a time?

    You can order up to 7 boxes which each hold 6 × 150g jars. Each box costs £6.20 P&P. If you would like to order more than 7 boxes of jars please contact us directly to arrange at info@arthendasltd.uk
